1st phase of carpet cleaning: Examination - Shaking

The carpet is examined by our experts and any weaknesses and sensitive points for the integrity of the carpet are highlighted and recorded in the company’s information system. When specific dirt is identified, a special stain remover is applied topically and a decision is made on the specific treatment. Sandy dirt and dust are then removed using the shaking machine.

2nd phase of carpet cleaning: Washing

The most effective way of washing the carpet is chosen, depending on its composition. The most efficient way of cleaning is wet washing in a special washing machine, where clean water is used at the right temperature and ecologically biodegradable detergents, guaranteed to be safe for skin and respiratory sensitive organisms and our children.

Handmade carpets must not be subjected to mechanical stress, so washing and cleaning is done with special brushes in our specially designed areas of our workshop.

To the most sensitive carpets, with water-dispersible dyes, a specialised dry or wet cleaning method with foam generator or spray-suction method is applied. Our many years of experience allow us to distinguish sensitive carpets and select the appropriate cleaning process in a professional manner.

3rd phase of carpet cleaning: Rinse and Spin

Rinsing with plenty of clean water, where possible, is an important and necessary process to remove any chemical residue and ensure a completely hypoallergenic surface. The carpet is then placed in the centrifugal polisher, which, when properly adjusted, safely removes most of the moisture from even the most delicate carpets.

4th phase of carpet cleaning: Hanging - Drying

The carpet is taken to the cloth dryers in a covered area, where it dries naturally without coming into contact with the sun’s rays, which are harmful to the colours. In this way, the fibres retain their natural elasticity and softness.

5th phase of carpet cleaning: Brushing - Packaging - Delivery or Storage

The dry carpet is placed in the special machine that brushes the pile and removes any fluff, combs the fringes, measures the moisture and final dimensions and finally wraps the carpet and places it in a special wrapper, suitable for storage or delivery to the customer. At the same time, the successful completion of the cleaning process is checked and the desired cleanliness and shine is confirmed. Upon the customer’s decision, the carpet can be stored inside our company in protected conditions.
